The 5th rib is now riveted in place. I'm running very low on proseal and will have to order another quart from Van's. They say there's enough proseal in a quart for both tanks...not for this amateur!
Overall, the proseal really isn't that bad. It's not the most exciting stuff to be doing, but it's pretty important.
I installed the grommets for the fuel vent line and will make the necessary bends so that it runs nicely into the fuel vent fitting for the inboard rib.
I'll fit the capacitive plates in place to make sure there is enough clearance with the proseal now in.
I'll have to see if I can borrow Kent's flaring tool.
